Information and Privacy: Nothing is More Critical
People often ask: what keeps you up at night? Maybe the better question is: what should keep you up at night? For insurers, the answer may well be information protection.
Today's Wall Street Journal reports that a maintenance worker in Atlanta found 40 boxes of loan files in a dumpster. Insurers would be well advised to double-check and triple check their privacy policies and practices.
